Competition centre

Černé Voděrady (25 km southeast from Prague) see the map location and GPS coordinates 49°56'43.493"N, 14°48'16.113"E. No changing room in competition centre, use club tents or cars

Classification

The result of semifinal race on Saturday will determine starting position and group (A, B, C etc.) for final race on Sunday.

Parking

The car park will use two fields near competition centre. The parking fee is 40,- CZK per day. If the parking space will be full use one line on incoming road for parking. Follow the parking marshal‘s instructions. Parking in the village is not allowed!

Due road works on road No. 113 The Brigde over river Sazava in Chocerady is closed! For access road to competition centre use EXIT 21!

Terain

Semifinal –

North-east part is flat, very good runable mixed forest with many single rocks and stony fields. The south-west part is steep hill with many small sub-valleys and single stones. High density of paths and trails

Final –

Steep terain with many contour details. Stones and stony fields. Mixed forest with thicker green parts. High density of paths and trails

Out of bounds

All forest northside from road Zvánovice-Černé Voděrady. All forest on the left side on the way to Saturday’s start.

Control description

Semifinal –

Control descriptions will be printed on the map for all courses. Loose control descriptions will be available in the competition cente only for courses DH > 35 and Open 3 and Open 5

Final –

Control descriptions will be printed on the map for all courses.

Loose control descriptions will be available in the pre-start area for all categories.

Start numbers

Semifinal –

All runners DH16 - 21 will be given numbers to wear: these will be available inside the team envelope on registration. A start list will be available to check numbers against name. Remember! No number = no start! The numbers will be collected at the finish.

Final –

All „A“ finalists DH16 - 21 will be given numbers to wear: these will be available at the pre-start area. A start list will be available to check numbers against name. Remember! No number = no start! The numbers will be collected at the finish.

Start list

Will be avalaible in the competition centre, on both pre-starts, in accommodation and on the web site.

Punching system

Sportident will be used. Only version 5 and 6. Users who own version 8 and 9 have to change their SI cards on registration.

Start & pre-start organisation

Semifinal –

All competitors (except Open classes) have to go through check-in on pre-start no later than 9,50 am and clear their SI card. After this they are allowed to stay only in pre-start area!

Final –

All „A“ finalists DH16-21 have to go through check-in on pre-start no later than 12,20 am and collect their start number. After this they are allowed to stay only in pre-start area!

Pre-start assembly

Start lists, drinking water, clothing transfer, tents, mobile WC

Finish

The race ends by punching a finish control

Refreshment

On the pre-start (water), in the finish (sponsored by Coca-Cola) in the competition centre (fast food) and in the village (pub)

Accommodation

Organizer will arrange only sleeping bag accommodation in a gym from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday (distance from competition centre about 25km- 50°1'48.013"N, 14°30'48.864"E). Openning times are:

Friday – 9,00 pm to 11,00 pm

Saturday – 6,00 am – 9,00 am, 1,00 pm – 4,00 pm, 8,00 pm – 11,00 pm

Sunday – 6,00 am -10,00 am

Body washing

Very provisional, in the pound in competition centre. Please do not use any soap.

A qualified first aid will be available close to the finish - MUDr.Zuzana Havlínová, tel. +420739018851. In the case of more serious injury, please find nearest Hospital in Říčany.
